 APPEAL

TO HONORABLE ROBERT KOCHARIAN

PRESIDENT OF REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

AND TO ALL GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AND OFFICERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

We consider the despicable attack on Mr. Haroutiun Arakelyan, a member of the Central Committee of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party and the Chairman of the District Committee of Armenian Democratic Liberal Party of Armenia, be a contemptuous and a shameful act towards the individual, our motherland and its government.

We believe the government of Armenia will utilize every possible means to deracinate these loathsome scoundrels and their capricious conduct from our Homeland putting an end to those who strive to trample upon our national honor with their disrespectful and disgraceful acts and ensuring that such crimes will not be repeated in the future.

The alternative would leave us to be judged as accomplices to these acts before the international community. We should not tolerate the insults of moral and ethical slippage as a nation, especially during these pre-Parliamentarian elections times in our Homeland.
